Overview

This website (raggedydoc.com) is a personal portfolio, game, and tool site operated by Andrew Steven Chau. This site uses privacy-friendly aggregate analytics (no cookies, no fingerprinting) but does not use tracking pixels or advertising. It does not collect, store, or transmit your personal information to any server.

Local Storage & Session Storage

This site uses your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage to save preferences and progress locally on your device. This data never leaves your browser. Examples include:

• Game saves, puzzle progress, and usernames (Beamlab, Parsed, Examined)
• Tool preferences such as room layouts (SnapLayout) and filter settings (Misery Index)
• Portfolio features like visited-page tracking and achievement badges
• Theme and display preferences
• Whether the loading screen has been shown this session

You can clear this data at any time through your browser's settings (e.g. "Clear site data" for raggedydoc.com).

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and basic technical metrics (browser, operating system, country, referrer). By Cloudflare's design, the service does not use cookies or any other client-side state to collect usage metrics, does not fingerprint visitors via IP address, User Agent, or any other data, and does not track you across other sites. Third-Party Services

This site loads resources from third-party CDNs and embeds content from external services. When these resources load, the third party may collect technical data (such as your IP address) according to their own privacy policies:

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The apex domain raggedydoc.com redirects to www.raggedydoc.com via Porkbun URL Forwarding, and the legacy aschau.github.io URL redirects to www.raggedydoc.com via GitHub Pages. Cloudflare, Porkbun, and GitHub may collect technical information such as your IP address in server logs. Cookies

This site does not set any first-party cookies. However, third-party embeds (YouTube, Steam, X) may set their own cookies when their content loads.
